To the Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He was such a sweet man and always a gentleman. My husband Mike worked with him at the Albany Police and also when he did security at the store in Peter Harris Plaza in Latham. I also used to run into him a Price Chopper on Central Avenue doing security. He lived around the corner from us in Loudonville. I have such fond memories of him .I hope he is at peace and you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May his memory be eternal.
