Obituary of Patricia May Lyden

Altamont - Patricia May Lyden, 68, died Monday, September 18, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital.  Patricia was born in Trenton, NJ and was the daughter of the late Claire Miller Lyden and John Lyden.  She enjoyed nature, camping, summer at the beach (being a Jersey girl), gardening and flowers.  Patricia was very outgoing and enjoyed interacting with people…she specially loved spending time with family and enjoying the company of her friends.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Trisha Zakrzewski (Richard) of Cohoes; granddaughter, Kaileigh Zakrzewski of Cohoes; sister, Sharon Meeker of Altamont; nieces and nephews,  Margaret Kuprian Tucker (Philip), Ronald (Sam) Kuprian (Susan), Jennifer Kuprian,  Armentina Meeker; great nieces and nephews,  Armentina Wilder (Christopher), James Meeker Wilder, Heath Russell and Destiney Russell; great-great nieces and nephews, Miles and Camilla Gallagher; and very special family memeer, John Dunham.
