Obituary of Vinci R. Blaauboer

Colonie – Vinci Crisafulli Blaauboer, 90, died Sunday, January 9, 2022 at her residence.  Born in Albany, Vinci was a lifelong Colonie resident.  She was employed for 34 years as a bookkeeper for Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing and Heating before retiring in 2003.  Vinci was a member of the Roessleville Alumni Association, a parishioner of the former Our Lady of Mercy Church in Colonie and a member of their Rosary Society.  Currently, she was a communicant of Christ Our Light Church in Loudonville.  

            Vinci was the wife of the late Henry Blaauboer; mother of James Blaauboer (Mary) of Clifton Park, John Blaauboer (Anne) of Rotterdam and Robert Blaauboer (Terry) of Colonie; grandmother of Lauren, James “Jake”, Mary Grace “Molly”, Taryn and Nicholas; and sister of the late Anthony Crisafulli (Patricia), Marge Pascetto Ross (Bill), Mary Eworonsky (Joseph) and youngest daughter of Filippo and Carmela Crisafulli.

            Funeral 9:00 o’clock Friday, January 14, 2022 from the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, 1200 Central Ave., Colonie and at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Our Light Church, 1 Maria Dr., Loudonville.  Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home Thursday from 4 – 7 p.m.
