Stamford - Gerald F. Warner, Sr., 78, of Creamery Rd. died Friday, August 9, 2013. Born in Delhi, Gerald had lived in Stamford for the past 50 years. He worked all of his adult life as a Butcher, retiring from the Parnet Packing Co.in Bloomville. Gerald loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed his old cars and Dodge truck. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Voorhees Warner; children, Shirley Seymour (James) of Schoharie, Gerald F. Warner, Jr. (Linda) of Stamford and Raymond Warner of Stamford; grandchildren, Kevin Fuller (Stephanie), Gerald F. Warner, III (Melanie), Brian Warner (Amber) and Jason Warner; a sister, Elizabeth Arnold; and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Morris Warner. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Stamford Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
