Obituary of Judith Anne Clarke
BERNE – Judith Anne Clarke passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Albany on May 14, 1964, Judi was the daughter of the late Allan Clarke, Jr. and Joyce Clarke. Judi attended Catholic Central High School in Troy, NY and was a graduate of Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School in Schenectady, NY. She worked in banking for most of her career, her last employment being with the State University Construction Fund. Judi grew up in Clifton Park and also lived in Maryland. From 2012 to 2015 Judi lived in beautiful Gaeta Italy and most recently in Voorheesville. Judi was a vibrant and positive person who brought a smile to everyone she met. Her zest for life is unmatched and she lived life true to herself. Judi had an amazing wit and sense of humor and was loved by so many people, most of all her family. She had the fondest memories of spending time in Willsboro, New York on Lake Champlain with her many friends and family. One of Judi’s greatest joys was sailing. Judi is now in heaven with her dad and her beloved dog Roxanne. The world has lost the brightest light, spiritual force and energy. Judi is survived by her mother Joyce Clarke, brother William Clarke, sister Patrisha (Clarke) Rebello and sister Nancy Clarke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Those who wish, may make a memorial contribution in Judi’s name to the Humane Society of your choice or the Helderberg Ambulance Squad. A Celebration of Judi’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Centerpointe Community Church, 481 Route 146, Guilderland Center.
