Albany - Ann R. Normandin entered into eternal life on July 9, 2017, with her loving family and friends at her side. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Anna & Henry Colasurdo. Ann married Gerald Normandin on September 20th, 1958, and became the proud mother of 2 sons, Michael D. and Christopher P, of Colonie. A loving wife, and devoted mother, Ann was also a dear friend to many cousins and enjoyed several great friendships throughout her lifetime. She had a cheerful, personality which drew people to her, wanting to become part of her life, a gifted personality was her strong point. She had the ability from an early age to become interested in music, which led her to become extremely proficient at her craft. The love of many things were her passions, such as shopping, collecting jewelry, and watching football with her husband, which was one of her favorites. Along with Jerry, she frequented Las Vegas to play the slots in most of the casinos. Dining out and take-out also ranked high on her list of priorities. A very well-rounded, giving, caring, and always there if you needed her person. We who knew her will always remember her smile and sense of humor.
