Colonie - Janice DeGennaro, 65, died Saturday, April 1, 2017 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. Born in Albany, Janice was the daughter of the late Joseph and Violet Cramer Wisneski. She worked for 35 years at the NYS Public Service Commission retiring in 2012 as Personnel Director.
Janice is survived by her sons, Matthew DeGennaro (Maureen) and James DeGennaro, both of Colonie; the love of her life, her grandson Zachary Michael DeGennaro; sister, Joanne Tabacco; nephew, Joseph Tabacco (Jasmine) and their children, Sydney and Noah Tabacco.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204 would be appreciated.
