Albany - Dorothea E. Walters, 96, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 9, 2016, with family by her side. Dorothea ("Dottie") was the wife of the late Carl J. Walters; mother of John C. Walters (Roberta) of Syracuse, Michael Walters of Gloversville, Judith Dineen of Altamont and Mary Oates (Bob) of Duanesburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A private Mass of Christian Burial for family and close friends will be held at Teresian House. For those who wish, memorial contributions to Teresian House ( 200 Washington Ave. Ext., Albany, NY 12203), in Dottie's name, would be appreciated.
