Fred Gray, who proudly turned 100 on January 21st passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 18th.
Fred was the son of Joseph and Rafaela (Cusano) Fava and the brother of John Fava, all who predeceased him.
In his younger days, Fred was a musician with many local bands. He was also a tool and die maker at GE and the Watervliet Arsenal.
In his later years, Fred was a self employed talent booking agent who worked closely with many bands and venues in and around the capital district.
Fred is survived by his wife, Lucie (Korkosz) Gray, his daughter and son in law, Cynthia and Randall Lucia all of Guilderland, his son, Joseph Fava, his grandsons, Michael P. Gray and Justin J. Lucia, and his granddaughter, Melanie A. Lucia. He is also survived by his sister Ceilia Shirikian and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was private.
